All Tom Ryan Concrete staff are aware of the implications of the abuse of alcohol or drugs while on duty, from the outset of their employment with the company. Tom Ryan Concrete view the following two acts as dismissible offences:
Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs in a company vehicle
Consumption of alcohol or drugs (illegal) while on duty.
Tom Ryan Concrete affirms that all such matters of alcohol or drug use abuse and the implications for staff will be dealt with in a discreet and professional manner.
